Country Today

Hosted by radio veteran Libby Price, the Country Today twice-daily radio program is broadcasted on the Ace Radio network. The program focuses on breaking rural news along with interviews with analysts, inventors, suppliers, politicians and other rural experts.
My role is to find stories that resonate with our listeners across regional Victoria & the Southern Riverina. I am the senior reporter for this program.
Presenting Country Today
Presenting Country Today independently when the host has taken time off has required me to take complete responsibility in ensuring the program goes to air smoothly. This involves sourcing stories, interviewing talent, shaping the program into one that flows cohesively and of course, ensuring it is all filed and makes it to air twice daily. I have presented the program on numerous occasions, for up to two-weeks at a time without assistance or anyone overseeing the process. Below you will find examples of my time presenting.
